ComserX operates an online marketplace platform that allows sellers to create stores, list products, and connect directly with buyers. We act only as a platform service provider and do not sell physical products directly.

A. Account Registration & Sign-In Data

We collect:

B. Store (Tenant) Profile Data

  • • Store logo and banner images

  • • WhatsApp contact number

Purpose: To display seller stores, help buyers discover sellers, and enable buyer–seller communication.

C. Product Listing Data

  • • Exclusive content visible after enquiry

Purpose: To publish product listings and allow buyers to evaluate products.
